An owner's rep works exclusively in the owner's interest, independent of the contractor and design team. We're your eyes, ears, and advocate on the project, not the GC's project manager.
Absolutely. Some of our best work starts mid-project when an owner realizes they need independent oversight. We assess the current state, identify issues, and build a path forward with clear recommendations.
It depends on the need. Owner's rep work runs the length of the project. A compliance review might be a focused 2 to 4 week engagement. Our proposals are transparent, and we are always open to adjusting if the scope changes.
Not at all. We work with clients across four states and are perfectly comfortable with phone or video meetings. Whatever is easiest for you.

Founded in 2025 by Billy and Brandy Shapp. Northeast Oklahoma roots. Serving OK, MO, AR, and KS.

Billy and Brandy are both Native Americans, proudly enrolled members spanning three tribal nations: the Quapaw Nation, the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma, and the Seneca-Cayuga Nation. That heritage shapes how we work: with integrity, with respect for sovereignty, and with a deep commitment to the communities we serve.

Business Development, Operations & Construction

Billy grew up in Quapaw, Oklahoma, and played baseball at Seminole State College before building a career in business development, sales, customer service, and economic development. He leads B&B's small business consulting practice, working directly with entrepreneurs and established businesses on strategy, operations, and growth. On the construction side, Billy has hands-on experience as an owner's representative and site superintendent. He also serves on a board that oversees business operations and expansion for a Native American Nation.

Construction Advisory & Marketing

Originally from Kansas, Brandy attended Missouri Southern State University and Texas Woman's University before building her career in construction and marketing. She leads B&B's construction division with experience in project compliance, owner's representation, contract administration, and procurement. She works with tribal nation construction projects, casino and hotel developments, and AIA contract compliance. Brandy also brings 12+ years in the marketing industry spanning B2B and B2C sales, website design and development, and AI implementation for small businesses.

After raising seven kids (all adults now) and welcoming four grandchildren, we know what it means to build something that lasts. We created B&B to be the resource we wished existed when we needed it: expert guidance without big-firm overhead, delivered by people who actually do the work. Every client gets the principals, not junior staff.
